I've been in this industry for over 20 years. I still study. I still cry sometimes when a participant achieves something they were told they never would. I have a child with a disability myself, so I don't just understand this work intellectually, I live it.

I built Beragoo because I wanted to create a team where support workers are genuinely supported, not just hired and left to figure it out. The people who come to work with us aren't just filling shifts. They're changing lives, one moment at a time

Your clients come with you

If you already support participants as an independent worker, they can transition across to Beragoo with you. Your relationships stay intact.

Full insurance and compliance coverage

We're a registered NDIS provider. Your work is covered under Beragoo's insurance and compliance frameworks, nothing for you to build from scratch.

Admin off your shoulders

Invoicing, timesheets, compliance renewals, NDIS paperwork. We handle it so you can spend your energy on the people, not the paperwork

Real mentorship and backing

Amber brings 20 years of experience, including with complex, high-needs clients. When you're in a difficult situation, you have someone to call who actually knows.

NDIS registration, without the cost

Getting registered yourself costs $40,000 to $50,000 and takes 12 to 18 months. Coming under our umbrella means your clients are covered now, not eventually
